Session Length and Frequency
Session length varies from 30 – 60 minutes depending on your needs. I am here to work with you and I do my best to accommodate your availability. I see patients as frequently as weekly or as seldom as every other month once stabilized. We will schedule sessions based on the individualized care plan that we develop together.
Initial Psychiatric Evaluation
Our work together begins with my thorough assessment of your symptoms, background, previous mental health care experience, psychosocial and medical history, and treatment goals. Following this evaluation, we’ll craft a personalized, evidence-based treatment plan that may encompass therapeutic approaches, medication recommendations and management, and potential lifestyle adjustments.
My primary focus at the start of treatment is getting to know you. I aim to create a collaborative, comfortable environment where we make decisions together. Our sessions will be conversational, allowing me to understand your reasons for seeking help. I strive to thoroughly understand what you hope to gain from our sessions, and I look forward to working together to accomplish your goals.

Medication Management
Medication management includes prescribing, monitoring, and adjusting psychotropic medications to assist you in achieving your mental health goals. These medications can help to provide faster relief of distressing symptoms while we work together utilizing evidence-based psychotherapy techniques to establish healthier coping skills, empower personal growth, and integrate appropriate lifestyle changes.

I am able to support you on your journey whether you are interested in beginning psychiatric medication, are currently on medication, want to change/adjust your medication, or want to taper off medication. Together, we will collaborate to craft a comprehensive and personalized treatment strategy aimed at enhancing your well-being and helping you achieve your best self.
Insurance and Rates
I do not accept insurance but I am happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for out of network benefits and reimbursements. We will discuss rates during your initial 15-minute consultation.
